CSMR provides outpatients services that include:

- Custom Orthotic Fabrication
Hospital Inpatient Services
CSMR provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and
speech services to patients at Northfield Hospital and residents
of our Long Term Care Center.
Home Health Services
CSMR provides in-home physical, occupational and speech therapy
to those who qualify for home health care
Athletic Training
CSMR provides certified athletic trainers to Carleton College,
St. Olaf College, Northfield High School and Farmington
High School.
WorkSystems
WorkSystems strives to promote health, safety and productivity
in the workplace. Services include ergonomic evaluation,
pre-work screens, early intervention for injuries, and
education.
Children’s
Therapy and Speech
Our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists
and speech therapists partners with families, physicains
and school personnel to give children of all ages the best
opportunity to fulfill their potential.
Using an open, child-friendly setting and playful therapy,
our therapists treat a variety of conditions, including autism,
developmental delays, speech and language delays and coordination
