 Your Portable Medication List
Patient safety is Northfield Hospital’s highest priority. Studies show that the greatest harm to patients is often the result of medication errors. Incomplete information is usually the culprit.
The hospital is initiating a new community protocol to help you organize your information on a handy medication list. Going forward, your healthcare provider will know exactly what you are taking, how much and how often.
Medication lists are now available at the Northfield Hospital or a pdf version may be downloaded here.
