HealthFinders Collaborative

The mission of HealthFinders is to provide quality, accessible and culturally appropriate healthcare services, at no cost, to low-income and uninsured residents of greater Rice County.

HealthFinders is open to anyone who is uninsured, meets income guidelines and lives within the defined geographic region, which includes the areas served by District One Hospital in Faribault and Northfield Hospital, in Rice County and Dakota County.

Primary Care Services: The HealthFinders Clinic operates on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., at 710 Division Street, Northfield, MN 55057.

Appointments must be made in advance, by calling the clinic during office hours, Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., 507-696-8964. The Clinic Director will determine whether the patient’s needs can best be met at the free clinic, or by another healthcare program.
