Chemotherapy

Our chemotherapy department delivers prescribed therapy for most common cancers, such as lung, breast, colon, lymphomas, ovarian, gastrointestinal, melanoma and multiple myloma with IVs or oral medicines. Northfield Hospital has the benefit of consultation with Dr. P.J. Flynn, a hematologist-oncologist. He is also a contributing researcher for a national cancer network. The standardized treatment regimens developed by the network have proven to be a benefit to our patients.

Medical oncologists from the Mayo Clinic see patients at FamilyHealth Medical Clinic—Northfield. Dr. Robert Dalton is the primary provider. He is in clinic every other Thursday. Dr. Kevin Cockerill, Mohammad Ranginwala, and Dr. Glenn Harman also support the practice. They arrange for outpatient chemotherapy to be administered at Northfield Hospital.
