Whether you need nursing assessment, instruction, wound care, medication setup, therapy or assistance with personal care and meal preparation, Northfield Home Care can design a program that meets your specific needs.

Meals-on-Wheels volunteers in convertibleMeals-on-Wheels

Meals-On-Wheels is a hospital-supported, volunteer organization dedicated to meeting the nutritional needs of the community through home-delivered meals. Meals-On-Wheels coordinates and nurtures a broad network of volunteer drivers who deliver noon meals prepared by Northfield Hospital dietary staff.

To order Meals-On-Wheels, call the Dietary Department at Northfield Hospital, 507-646-1022. If you are eligible, they will register you for Meals-On-Wheels.
