Dr. Friedmann received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota, and completed her residency and internship at at Madigan Army Medical Center in Fort Lewis, Washington. Dr. Friedmann, a Major in the United States Army, was stationed in Tuzla, Bosnia where she served as a gynecologist and general surgeon for troops. Dr. Friedmann is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with specialized training and experience in helping women breastfeed successfully.
