Meet Brittany Cordes, APRN, CNM
The intent of midwifery is to be “with woman” and I believe this to be the most basic component of the care we strive to provide. The most vital thing I can do is empower women to become advocates for their own health by providing them informed and supportive evidence based care. I want women to feel they are making healthy, safe, and satisfying choices for their family and themselves during pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum, and everything in between. I trust in the normalcy of a woman’s lifespan and want to promote ethical, equitable, and individualized care with low intervention and therapeutic presence.
I really enjoy reading, although I have not done as much since having children. I enjoy playing board games and cards with my family, going to movies or binge watching shows, and hanging out with family and friends.
