Philosophy of Care
Sports has always been an important part of my life. The summer of my sophomore year of high school I tore my anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) at a basketball camp. It was that ACL surgery/rehabilitation that introduced me to sports medicine. I remember the pain and the frustration of the injury like it was yesterday. I became an athletic trainer to help people prevent, guide and rehabilitate injuries so they can stay active.
