I work in the Workplace Health department. I perform various Post Offer Employment Testing to ensure that companies are hiring candidates that are able to safely complete the required  tasks of their job description. The part of my job I enjoy the most is our Early Intervention program which allows me to go into factories and see what kind of work is being done. This allows me to work with  employees who are experiencing pain or issues right at their work station. I enjoy being able to try and help people have a better quality of life not only at work, but in their personal life as well.
