Through our partnership with Mayo Clinic, your care for certain specialties is provided by a Mayo Clinic doctor. The Mayo Clinic specialist will work collaboratively with your primary care provider to provide a thorough examination, diagnosis and treatment plan that’s unique to you. If your condition is complex, your care team will consult with or refer you directly to a subspecialist and arrange advanced diagnostics testing or surgical consultation at Mayo Clinic in Rochester when needed. We will provide follow up care close to your home in collaboration with your Mayo specialist and your primary care provider.
