Meet Lisa Neitge OTR/L
I truly enjoy being a partner with people as they move through unexpected life changes like hand injuries, strokes, concussions, brain injury, cancer, and managing long term conditions. I like empowering people to get back to the real layers of life following these big events. I seek to find solutions to every day problems that work for the individual and the world around them. I will often incorporate mind/body techniques into my practice, such as yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, myofascial release, Graston Technique and kinesiotaping.
I enjoy doing yoga, mountain biking, building hiking/biking trails, foraging, international cooking and playing the bass guitar.
