March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month . . . and Friday (March 3) is national “Dress in Blue Day” to encourage everyone 50 and older to get screened for colon cancer.
Wear royal blue on Friday! When people ask why, tell them:
- Colon cancer is the #2 cause of cancer death.
- A simple test saves lives.
- Colonoscopy should be part of every adult’s health screenings.
Are you due for your screening? Make your appointment with the Surgery Center: 507-646-1201
