The Long Term Care Center earned a 5-star rating – the most stars possible – for 2018 from CMS, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
This is the seventh year in a row that the LTCC has received a 5-star rating. CMS scores nursing homes on health inspections; staffing; and quality of resident care (based on 11 physical and clinical care measures).
“We’re so proud of this staff, and their consistent excellence over many years,” says Tammy Hayes, Chief Nursing Executive and LTCC Administrator. “The staff is always focused on our residents, and work hard to always provide great care.”
U.S. News & World Report also named the Long Term Care Center as one of the Best Nursing Homes in the U.S., with a 5-star rating. U.S. News starts with CMS’ 5-star rating, then sets a higher standard for the amount of rehabilitation therapy that residents receive. U.S. News evaluated nearly 16,000 nursing homes nationwide. Fewer than 2,300 nursing homes earned the designation of a U.S. News Best Nursing Home this year.
We’re proud of the staff that provides top-quality care, every day.
