Lakeville resident Sara Lybarger, PA-C has joined the Lakeville Clinic, caring for patients of all ages. As a Certified Physician Assistant, Sarah believes that collaborating with patients is essential in guiding them to achieve their medical and mental health goals.
“I strive to recognize the individual needs of each patient,” Sarah says. “I care about all the little things, and building a relationship with patients over time.”
Sarah has worked in Emergency Departments, giving patients the immediate, one-time care they need. Now, she’s looking forward to seeing patients regularly in the clinic, building relationships that foster wellness.
Sarah provides a range of services for clinic patients, including:

• Medication management (especially multiple prescriptions)

Sarah is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She holds a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
