MARCH 8, 2021 – Northfield Hospital + Clinics is now contacting people 65 and older (oldest first) to schedule appointments. The number of appointments depends on the amount of vaccine available. Appointments are available for Tuesday, March 9 and Saturday, March 13.
You must hear from us before scheduling an appointment. We use patient records and a waitlist of residents 65+ to contact people. Please join our waitlist if you wish to be contacted. Fill out the form here: COVID-19 Vaccine Waitlist Form
Current patients of NH+C are contacted by phone call and text. (Calls to landline phones leave a voicemail message.) Sometimes, these automated calls do not get through with some phone carriers. If you are a NH+C patient 65 or older and haven’t heard from us, please join our waitlist so we know you wish to be contacted. Fill out the form here: COVID-19 Vaccine Waitlist Form
Any resident 65 or older who lives in NH+C’s service area can sign up for NH+C’s waitlist. Appointments are offered based on age, oldest first. Fill out the form here: COVID-19 Vaccine Waitlist Form
We encourage you to seek other options for vaccine too. See options at mn.gov/covid19/ . It’s a good idea to try to get the vaccine through more than one organization. We don’t know how much or how frequently we will get vaccine.
Register at Minnesota’s new Vaccine Connector at vaccineconnector.mn.gov/ . Minnesotans 18 and older can complete the online form. The Vaccine Connector will:
- alert you when you are eligible to receive a vaccine
- connect you to resources to schedule a vaccine appointment
- notify you if there are vaccine opportunities in your area
Insurance and identification are not needed for Vaccine Connector. Learn more: MN COVID-19 Vaccine Connector FAQs
NH+C’s goal is to vaccinate people in our community as efficiently as possible with the vaccine we have at any given time. We are committed to serving all members of our community.
