Compliance Hotline and InTouch
The Compliance Hotline (1.844.642.6555) is a service of InTouch, and serves as a resource to inquire about, report on and discuss any compliance questions or potential violations they may have encountered. The hotline is toll-free and all calls are external. Northfield Hospital + Clinics does not receive any information on the caller’s identity unless the caller requests their identity be given to Northfield Hospital + Clinics. Upon calling the hotline, you will be greeted by a specialist trained in interviewing and documenting information by telephone. After providing as much information as possible, you will receive an assigned case number. The report information will be relayed to the Compliance Officer for investigation. You can check back using the assigned case number to receive updates on the status of your report or to add more information to it.
The online reporting services is on an InTouch secure server and is not part of Northfield Hospital + Clinics website or intranet. Using InTouch, employees are asked to enter information in the various fields as prompted and then to submit the entry. After providing as much information as possible, you will receive an assigned case number. The report information will be relayed to the Compliance Officer for investigation. You can check back using the assigned case number to receive updates on the status of your report or to add more information to it.
Northfield Hospital + Clinics will promptly investigate all reports. Investigations will be as confidential as possible. Northfield Hospital + Clinics may not retaliate against any report or question pertaining to legitimate questions, violations or suspected misconduct.
The Compliance Hotline and InTouch services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
All reports to the Compliance Hotline or InTouch can be anonymous, if desired.
