As an OT lead, I supervise and support a team of OTs that work in a variety of areas within the Northfield Hospital and Clinics. In this position, I also manage the day to day operations of the rehabilitation department at the hospital, overseeing acute care, long term care/rehab and home health.  I enjoy both patient care as well as the managing aspects of this position.
