Introduction to IV therapy
This introductory course teaches the newer healthcare professional basic anatomy and physiology, aseptic technique, obtaining access, equipment, and basic intravenous fluid administration. Actual implementation of these skills is dependent on the individual's scope of practice.
Introduction to EKGs
This introductory course teaches the newer healthcare professional how to obtain cardiac monitoring, electrocardiogram rhythm recognition, and basic 12-lead EKG interpretation. Acutal implementation of these skills is dependent on the individual's scope of practice.
