Jerry Ehn, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the operational metrics, tools and processes for Northfield Hospital + Clinics.

Jerry came to Northfield after working for many years in the Mayo Clinic Health System, most recently as a Vice President of Operations. He holds a masters’ degree in Organization Leadership and a nursing home administrator’s license. He brings with him a balance of operational and strategic leadership experience.
