Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounce unsalted nuts of your choice (about 1-1/2 tablespoons) 
  • 1 tablespoon no sugar added dried fruit (watch for sugar on the ingredient list) 
  • 1/4 cup whole grain cereal (Cheerios, Chex, etc.)

Instructions

Put the ingredients in a snack sized bag/container, mix, and go!
