The holidays can be a difficult time when you've lost someone special. Come join us in a FREE community event to celebrate the lives of those we've loved and lost, and be with others who understand how you are feeling.
Reading • Reflection • Memory Activity • Tree Lighting • Reading of our loved ones’ names and photo slideshow • Refreshments
This FREE event is open to anyone. Grief takes its own time.
You are welcome at whatever stage you are at in your grief journey.

Please give your name, number attending and the name of your loved one with optional photo.
Loved One Slideshow
You can submit your loved ones' names to be read aloud, and, if you wish, you can submit a photo to show while their name is read. If you do not wish to have a photo, their name will appear on the screen and will be read.

Please note that names and photos must be received by Monday, December 2 in order to be included. We will let you know that we received your name/photo if you provide a phone # or email. If you do not hear from us in a few days, please call 507-646-1036.
TREE LIGHTING SPONSORSHIP
As a tribute to a special person in your life or a thank you to NH+C staff, you can buy a light or string of lights. You may purchase as many lights or strings of lights as you wish.
- $25 for a single light
- $100 for a string of lights
Proceeds help Northfield Hospital Foundation provide care and comfort to patients. We are grateful for your gift. No donation is necessary to attend or have your loved one in the slideshow.
Donate by mail:
Make your check to Northfield Hospital Foundation and write TOR in the memo line. Include your name, address, email and phone number so we can send you a tax receipt. If your donation is in honor or memory of someone, and you would like their name read during the event please include their name. You can send a photo of your loved one to add to the slideshow.
