The Women’s Health Center of Northfield Hospital & Clinics is adding two advanced practice providers, expanding OB/GYN services for women of all ages.
Jill Galassi, an OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner with 18 years’ experience, joins the Women’s Health Center from Minnesota Perinatal Physicians in Minneapolis and St. Paul. She will see patients in Northfield.
April Fitzloff, a certified physician assistant, joins the Women’s Health Center from NH&C’s Farmington Clinic. She has 20 years’ experience as a physician assistant. Fitzloff will see patients in Northfield.
After celebrating the holidays (and maybe over indulging in our favorite foods), it’s not surprising that we’re ready for a fresh start in January. One of the most common New Year’s resolutions is weight loss. Even though the intention is good, we often lack readiness to make changes and have unrealistic goals and expectations that set us up for failure.
Babies look so cute in hats!
Every baby born at Northfield Hospital gets a handmade hat to wear home. With over 500 babies a year . . . that’s a lot of knitting.
So NH&C partnered with Northfield Yarn to invite folks who knit (or crochet, or sew) to volunteer their talents and make baby hats at home. Northfield Yarn customers have made over 250 baby hats so far . . . in just six months. Wow!
