Meet Daisy Christopherson

Philosophy of Care

My favorite thing about being a physical therapist is teaching people what they can do to help themselves, and then seeing them do it! The way we move affects our posture and body symmetry, and over time can cause imbalances that can lead to pain or injury. Changing subtle things about the way we move can decrease pain and make us more efficient with our movements. I like to combine breath and yoga with movement retraining to help patients integrate these patterns into their everyday lives.

Personal Interests

I love trail running, camping, hiking and picnicking with my husband, kids and little dog.
