Expert Care for Your Digestive Health
Living with digestive issues that won’t go away can keep you from socializing, pursuing your favorite activities and living your best life. We provide tailored, highly specialized treatment to help manage or eliminate your digestive issues. Gastroenterology covers issues with the stomach, esophagus, pancreas, liver, small intestine and colon.
We are here to help.
We’ll work with you to get to the root of your problem. We dedicate time to learning your health history, hearing your concerns, reviewing your medical records and conducting a thorough evaluation, often alongside diagnostic tests, to effectively treat it. We will coordinate with your primary care provider and other medical providers as needed.
Colonoscopy
A colonoscopy is an exam that looks for polyps and colon cancer and/or to investigate abnormal gastrointestinal symptoms. It allows your doctor to get a clear evaluation of your large intestine and rectum with a thin, flexible tube called a colonoscope. It’s used to screen for colon cancer and investigate intestinal problems.
Upper Endoscopy
An upper endoscopy, also known as an EGD, is an exam that allows your doctor to examine your esophagus, stomach, and the first part of the small intestine with a thin, flexible tube called an endoscope.
It’s used to evaluate symptoms such as persistent upper abdominal pain, bleeding, nausea, vomiting, difficulty swallowing or dilation of the esophagus.
