Mental Health

Local, compassionate mental health care – when you need it most.

We provide therapy, psychological care, and psychiatric services for all ages. With prompt access to LICSWs and a collaborative team approach, we make it easier to get the support you need close to home.

Compassionate Mental Health Care

Our Mental Health Services offer compassionate, comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults – right here in our community. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and licensed independent clinical social workers (LICSWs), working together to provide thoughtful, personalized support at every stage of life.

We offer both therapy and psychiatry. Therapy focuses on helping you build coping skills, process emotions, improve relationships, and address life's challenges. Psychiatry focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, including determining whether medication may be helpful. Many patients benefit from both services working together.

We know that when you’re ready to seek help, timing matters. That’s why we prioritize prompt access to care, offering timely appointments with our LICSWs. From that first conversation forward, our team collaborates closely to ensure you receive the right level of care – whether that includes therapy, psychological evaluation, or medication management.

Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by a whole-person philosophy. We take the time to understand your experiences, your goals, and your strengths, partnering with you to build a plan that fits your life. As part of an integrated healthcare system, we also work closely with your primary care provider to support both your mental and physical health in a seamless, coordinated way.

What sets us apart is our commitment to local, accessible care. You don’t have to travel far or navigate complex systems to find high-quality mental health support – we’re here, near home, ready to help.

To get started, contact NH+C Mental Health Services directly or connect with your primary care provider for a referral.
