Philosophy of Care
My philosophy of care is to provide every newborn infant with the best possible care that is evidence-based, family centered, and nurturing, enabling them to thrive and develop to their fullest potential. Doing so promotes an open and effective communication between newborn providers, staff and families to empower families to bond with their infant and be involved in their care.
