Northfield Hospital + Clinics expands clinical care in Lakeville with the addition of Dr. Megan Dillman, who will begin seeing patients as part of NH+C in January 2026.
Dr. Dillman’s arrival expands NH+C’s primary care services in internal medicine and pediatrics.
It also expands specialty care for the Lakeville community and the surrounding area, with more orthopedics, women’s health, and general surgery care available in NH+C’s Lakeville clinic.
Dr. Dillman has practiced in Lakeville for over three years at Dillman Clinic & Labs. That practice will close as Dr. Dillman joins NH+C.
NH+C will make the transition as seamless as possible for patients who choose to continue their care with Dr. Dillman.

Dr. Dillman is a double board-certified internal medicine and pediatrics specialist, caring for patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, and her medical degree from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. Dr. Dillman later completed an internship at the Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office and her residency at the Marshfield Clinic. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American College of Physicians.
NH+C’s Lakeville Clinic and Urgent Care is located on Hwy 70 near Lakeville South High School.
