Why am I getting a bill from both Advanced Foot & Ankle Clinic and NH+C?

If labs or x-rays are done at NH+C, the bill would come from NH+C. Any podiatry appointment or any procedures would be billed by AFAC.

Who do I call with a question about my bill?

For billing for your office visit call AFAC in Owatonna at 507-451-5950. for billing by NH+C for labs or x-rays, call 507-646-1399.

Is AFAC and NH+C “In-Network” with my insurer?

Please check your insurance coverage for both NH+C and AFAC to ensure in-network coverage BEFORE your appointment.  Because NH+C may be In-Network, does not mean that AFAC is.
