Your athlete deserves the best
Physicals are completed by orthopedic providers who specialize in sports. They will conduct a thorough sports exam looking for physical or medical conditions that might put your student athletes at risk.
Sports physicals are required to play sports and must be completed every three years.
This is a sports physical only and doesn't replace well-child checks. Immunizations, medication refills and chronic diseases will not be managed.
What's included
- Vitals – height, weight, pulse and blood pressure
- Health history
- Musculoskeletal screen
- Heart, lung, neurological screen
- Completed required sports physical forms, camp forms, etc
- We will have the MSHSL forms available
