We’re updating our Electronic Health Records system. Here are answers to questions you may have about your medical records, prescription refills and more.

Your medical records

Your past medical records are accessible from our new EHR system. Your provider and care team can access your medical records while caring for you.

If you’re a MyHealth Info user, you can access your information that’s new since June 28, 2022 through MyHealth Info. That includes test results, x-rays and other imaging.

Health records prior to June 28 aren’t available right now through MyHealth Info. Those records still exist. We’re working on making those records available to you as we get the new system fully set.

For now, if you need your NH+C medical records from before June 28, please request past records through our Medical Records system:

Fill out and fax it to 312-836-7919, or email it to intake@recordconnect.com.:

Find request forms here on our website.

If you have questions or need help, please call 507-216-0100 or email intake@recordconnect.com. You can also email myhealthinfo@northfieldhospital.org.

Prescription refills

It may take longer to refill your medication. We are currently managing a high volume of medication refills.

Please request your refills from your pharmacy at least 7 days before your current supply is finished (10 days for mail order pharmacies).

If you are running low on your medication and need it refilled urgently, please send a message through MyHealth Info. It’s the quickest way to reach us.

Communicating with your provider

Our providers and staff are working hard as we update our system. If you’re a MyHealth Info user, you can send messages to your provider via MyHealth Info. It’s the quickest way to get a message to your provider, and get answers to your questions.

Not a MyHealth Info user? You can create your account anytime on our website.

Thank you for your patience as we upgrade our EHR system.
