The Northfield Parkinson’s Support Group will share music, and a personal life story, at its monthly meeting on Feb. 28 at Northfield Hospital.
The group will begin with some movement activities set to music. Then a group member and spouse will share their personal story, “The Life Journey with Parkinson’s,” followed by small-group discussion for those who have Parkinson’s, and those who live with or care for them.

First job? I was a basket boy at the Farmington pool across the street from my house. I was the guy who took your stuff to store in a basket while you swam. It was a short-lived job, and then I became a lifeguard. I liked being outside, and learning the skills to keep a safe environment.
After the death of a loved one, it’s common to experience a range of emotions that can be difficult to navigate alone.
Northfield Hospital + Clinics offers a Grief Support Group for individuals to share and receive support from one another as they explore the grief process and identify tools that can be helpful in the journey ahead.
